Parents can print a copy of the camp application here, fill out front and back, then give application to Bro. Casey for youth (7th-12th) grade, or Bro. David for children (completed 3rd-6th) grade.  

Youth and Children wanting to go to Camp Siloam with UVBC must be active members of our church.
